Yes — we offer both. Choose flat-rate pricing for a guaranteed total with no surprises, or hourly rates for smaller moves and flexible jobs. We’ll recommend the best option based on your needs.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during weekends and peak moving seasons. However, we can also accommodate last-minute moves if our schedule permits.

Yes! Our movers are trained and equipped to handle heavy or specialty items, including pianos, safes, antiques, and oversized furniture. We’ll make sure it’s done safely and securely.

By default as required by Department of Transportation, your belongings will be covered with free BASIC coverage of $0.60 cents per pound per article (item). However, you ARE able to additionally insure your items, by going through a 3rd party insurance company, and choosing the level of liability & deductible levels.

To schedule your moving date and reserve a crew we require a $50 deposit (online payment form), which goes towards the total of your moving cost.

While tipping is completely up to clients discretion, if you are fully satisfied with your moving crew performances, we recommend tipping in the amount of 10-20% of a move total. A tip is not included in your moving quote.
